I bought a condo and needed to freshen up my house prior to putting it on the market. There were so many things to do that were cosmetic that I did not know who to turn to. After calling around, one of my co-workers recommended that I call Moray at Concierge One. He came out very quickly and gave me a written estimate of the project with a very detailed breakdown of each area of the project. He also gave me the option of picking out what I really wanted to have done and I could decide about the other items later. After fixing my stairwell, painting the entire house, patching a few holes in the drywall, painting a concrete floor, staining and replacing baseboards, fixing my front door casing, repairing the shower and caulking it, painting my garage, replacing and landscaping my front flowerbeds....well, you get the idea. The list of what I needed to have done seemed endless to me and I was under a lot of pressure but he had the entire list completed in my time frame and at the exact cost estimate! WOW and thanks!
