• Although this is not a before and after, we built a laminate floor over top of the existing floor for this client. We were able to find beautiful laminate in a colour that was perfect for the kitchen and was very modern looking. We laid it over top of the original floor so that it could be removed and taken with the client, if desired.

Deck Re-build

• This client had requested that we replace some of the deck boards that were sagging and rotten from moisture. We pulled up some of the deck boards to find that all of the foundation boards of the deck were rotten and potentially could break. We went to the client who requested that we re-build the deck. We put in a whole new frame/foundation and rebuilt the deck to new. These customers were thrilled with the new deck!

• We were asked to create a new workshop for a client as a gift for her husband's 50th birthday. The 'before' workshop was piled to the ceiling with boxes and junk. All the items were removed, a new bench was built from scratch, a rubber floor was laid and all the tools organized. This particular job started at 6:30 am when the husband left for work ad was done by 6:00 pm when he returned home. Big Surprise!!

I had Moray come out and put in laminate flooring for me. It was a very large job as the two rooms and stairs were quite big. His work was fabulous and his work ethic was great. I was very pleased with the job and the cost of his efforts was so reasonable, I actually was very pleasantly surprised. I will be using Concierge One again!

I heard about Concierge One on the Don Percy show and decided to get them in for a quote on painting my fascia boards and house trim around the windows. Not only were the the least expensive of three quotes, but they were very thoughtful of my plants and gardens; they made sure that they did not damage anything. They worked very quickly and were very diligent. I was surprised and happy that they worked so hard - even in the rain! I was so happy with their work that I had them come and replace my deck boards, replace the stairs and paint the front and back decks. They were wonderful - my sister came by and hired them to paint her fascia!
